30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and undamaged;

Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging, where applicable; and

Be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, including receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated to you before you send the item back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us before placing another order so that we can determine the appropriate solution.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and the applicable consumer protection laws grant you a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from and does not reduce any additional rights provided under our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Refund of Original Shipping Charges
Where required by applicable consumer protection law, eligible original standard delivery charges will be refunded when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us may not be refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy outside any statutory withdrawal rights, original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
